How does buying minutes work?
You buy minutes in the app at ₦13 a minute, in naira or dollars, by card or bank. Each call uses minutes by the second, and some destinations use more than one minute per minute talked. The price for every destination is listed above.
Is there a free plan for Telvo Suite?
Yes. The Starter plan costs nothing per month. Set up your team, extensions and IVR for free, and only pay for the calls you make to phone numbers and any extra numbers.
Why do you verify my business?
Nigerian regulations require us to know who is using a phone number. Your dashboard works as soon as you confirm your email. Once we approve your business documents, you can get numbers, call phone numbers, run campaigns and connect SIP trunks.
Can I pay in dollars?
Yes. Prices are set separately in naira and dollars, so a dollar price is never a converted naira price. Pick the currency at checkout.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
